With the fire crackling beside us, Laura will personally guide you through a remarkable selection of their estate's finest wines, focusing on their exquisite Brunello di Montalcino , one of Italy's most celebrated wines.

Our chefs have created an authentic Italian feast featuring exceptional regional ingredients, including the evening's centrepiece, a spectacular 60-day aged porter house steak from rare Italian ex-dairy cattle, specially imported from the Basque country. This extraordinary beef, known for its incredible depth of flavour, pairs magnificently with Brunelli's powerful, elegant Brunellos.
