Napa meets Burgundy at Boys Hall - Wine Dinner 24th March 2026

An Evening with Diana Snowden Seysses - Tuesday 24th March

Step into our magnificent drawing room for an extraordinary and last-minute opportunity not to be missed, an intimate evening with Diana Snowden Seysses, one of the most remarkable winemakers working in the world today.

Diana is that rarest of things: a winemaker of genuine mastery in two of the world's greatest wine regions. Born and raised on the Snowden Ranch on the eastern slopes of the Napa Valley, a property her grandparents acquired in 1955, she went on to study Viticulture and Oenology at UC Davis, where she met her husband Jeremy Seysses, whose family own the legendary Domaine Dujac in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy. She now divides her year between both estates, bringing an Old World philosophy to her family's Napa vines whilst helping to shape the future of one of Burgundy's most revered domaines. Few winemakers anywhere can claim that.

Diana will personally guide us through a stunning selection of wines spanning both of her worlds from the hillside Cabernets of Snowden Vineyards to a beautiful Chambolle-Musigny from Dujac, sharing the stories, the philosophy, and the passion behind each bottle. Our chefs have created a menu to complement each wine, using the finest seasonal and local Kent produce.

This is an intimate gathering with very limited places. We do not anticipate having an evening like this again in a hurry.
